All subscription packages require a minimum 3-month commitment to allow for meaningful performance improvements. Each tier includes a fixed monthly service scope; requests outside your plan can be added as one-off tasks and quoted separately.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via automation. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. A minimum of 14 days notice is required to cancel before the next billing cycle.

To ensure smooth delivery of services, the client agrees to provide timely communication, platform access, and any required assets. Delays in responses or missing information may affect timelines or monthly outcomes.

Base Code works with third-party platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Recharge and others. We are not responsible for outages, bugs or errors originating from these external services.

All credentials must be shared securely via a password manager. Base Code is not liable for issues caused by incorrect login details or insecure access sharing.

Monthly reports, performance insights and improvement plans included in your package are based on platform data available at the time of review. Recommendations may vary month-to-month depending on seasonal trends, analytics behaviour and platform changes.

Clients may request additional strategy sessions, marketing services, design work or development outside their package. These can be quoted separately and delivered alongside your monthly partnership.
